Refund Policy

14-Day Refund Window

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase. If none of the AI credits included with the purchase have been used, we will issue a full refund; if some credits have been used, we will refund the unused portion on a pro-rata basis. Refunds are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, and this policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights under applicable law.
